Visa, MasterCard, Debit and personal checks accepted.
Rates listed are for double occupancy and do not include the 11% tax (sales
plus innkeeping).
Two night minimum stay requirement or additional fee for one night weekend stays apply on some rooms at certain times of the year.
Extra guests in the same room are $20 each, including children.
Children staying with adult guests must be 12 or older unless all rooms are
reserved by the same group.

Cancellations:
One night's stay deposit required to reserve room
With two weeks notice, deposit will be fully refunded.
Less than two weeks, deposit is not refundable unless room is rebooked.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in time are charged full price for all the nights that were reserved.
Additional Information:
Smoking is not permitted in the house; however, we have
comfortable smoking areas on the deck and screened porch.
We have two children and two outdoor cats
We cannot accommodate pets for our guests.
Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 8:00am.
Check-in is 3:30, Check-out by 11:30
